Avian Protection Plan Request

At Heber Light & Power we take our Avian Protection Plan very seriously. If you see a Bird of Prey or any other type of bird get electrocuted or injured please fill out the form to the right.

Heber Light & Power will take all action neccessary to mitigate the situation and make the area safe for Birds of Prey or any other type of bird that may be in danger. These steps also protect HL&P's equipment from damage and prevents power outages.


When to Contact HL&P

Please fill out the form if you see any of the following:

1. A dead bird near a power pole or power line.
2. An injured bird near a power pole or power line.
3. A bird(s) building a nest on a power pole.
4. Any other instance where you feel a bird or power equipment may be in danger.
