Trench Inspections are required for all underground services, subdivisions and developments. Heber Light & Power will NOT connect power to services, subdivisions or developments without a proper trench inspection.

Before you call for a tranch inspection please be sure your trench and conduits are built to Heber Light & Power Standards. You can view our standards here:
