Heber Light & Power utilizes an application called SmartHub to enable our customers to view and manage their customer account and usage patterns. It also serves as a payment gateway by which a customer can submit payment and configure autopay functionality.

SmartHub provides convenient account access and two-way communication to your utility or telecommunications provider online or via your mobile device. Manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues, check your usage and receive special messaging from your provider all at the touch of a button.
