Smarthub - Instructions for Creating a Smarthub Account

Start Here:
The steps outlined below will help you set up your new Smarthub Account.

Step 1. Click on the link for Smarthub in the Customer Service Menu
You will see a green screen that is the login page for Smarthub. Select the last option that says New User?

Step 2. New User Registration
Enter the new account number from the yellow letter you received in the mail. It is in the body of the letter. If you don't have it, please call (435)654-1581.

Enter your last name or business name, and enter your email address. It does not need to match any email adress that you have ever given us or used for payment. It just needs to be the one you are currently using.

Step 3. Submit and Check Your Email
You should receive an email from Smarthub with a link and a temporary password. Copy the password, click on the link, and then paste the password into the password box. You will need to fill out a few more boxes and retype the security characters.

Please note that if you try more than a few times to enter in the temporary password you may be locked out. If this happens then you will need to call customer service at (435)654-1581. You can either copy and paste the password from the email or write it down to ensure that you enter the correct password.

Step 4. Access Your Account
At this point, you should be able to access your account. In the menu bar, you can select Billings & Payments to set up Auto Pay. Just Click on Auto Pay Program. Please Note that you will not be able to set up auto pay with a credit card until after May 9th. You can set up with checking now.

Step 5. Pat Yourself on the Back!
