Paying your bill is easy!

Pay Online

Pay Online using our SmartHub Portal

Walk In & Pay

Come to our office and pay inside between 8 am & 5 pm Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Pay by Phone

Have your account number ready when you call (855) 957-3880 to pay over the phone.

Drive Up & Pay

During business hours, pay at the drive-thru window or, after hours, use the drop box on the south side of the building at 31 South 100 West in Heber City.

Paperless Billing

If you are looking for a way to get one less bill in the mail each month, we have you covered! It is as simple as checking a box to switch to paperless billing in our SmartHub portal. 

Auto Payment

Enrolling in our Auto Pay program has never been easier! Our SmartHub system makes the process quick and painless.

Budget Billing

If you are looking to avoid those summer spikes in your power bill, our Budget Billing program can help you out. This program enables customers to pay a consistent monthly amount based on your previous year's monthly average power usage.  Call our office to enroll now.

Bill Explanation

Example of a monthly bill that a Heber Light & Power customer would receive.

This is the beginning and ending meter read for the billing period.

Total energy consumption for billing period (kilowatt-hours).

Demand is the highest recorded kilowatt use during a 15-minute period in the billing cycle. It is only billed to commercial customers.
