We understand that power outages can be frustrating. Rest assured; our team works tirelessly to restore power as quickly as possible whenever they occur.
During an outage, our System Operator gets flooded with calls and information while they work on power restoration.
To provide our best customer service, we have partnered with a company called Outifi who specializes in helping small utilities improve outage communication.
What’s changing?
Our new outage map shows the latest outage information on our website. If you don’t see your outage on the map, then you can report directly from the website. If you call our Dispatch Center, you will be asked to leave a detailed voicemail which will be transcribed to text and sent to the System Operator.
Coming Soon
This summer, we will begin using two-way texting to send alerts to customers impacted by an outage and to receive messages with outage related information. If you don’t want messages from us, don’t worry. You can opt out.
