Outage Communication Coming in May 2025

Heber Light and Power is implementing a new outage communication platform that will utilize texting. To update your contact information, please visit our SmartHub Portal, call our Business Office at 435-654-1581 or email us at custumerservicesupport@heberpower.com

What To Do In An Outage

Most of us check to see if our neighbor’s power is out too. That’s a good start, but there are other steps you can take before reporting an outage:

  • Check our Outage Map below

  • Reset GFCI outlets and circuit breakers in your home or building

  • Report a streetlight issue if you discover that’s all it is

  • Report the outage using the form below
